Empower Birth Expo

This FREE event will offer the opportunity to connect one-on-one with educators and service providers focused on maternal health. The mission is to offer education to make informed decisions in pregnancy and parenting, to provide resources to guide women and families as well as to create a more supportive mothering and birth community.

Originally inspired by events in and Iowa City, The Annual Empower Birth Expo-Dubuque will be a collection of educators, organizations and service providers who encourage a natural approach to pregnancy and parenting.

Our primary mission is to educate, provide resources and create community for local mothers and families aspiring for a more natural lifestyle. Our intent is to enlighten pregnant women and new mothers while empowering them to make healthy birth choices they can continue with through motherhood.
